EAZY - CLAMP

The Eazy-Clamp® is a new product that will help reduce downtime in areas where operators are constantly building up and breaking down systems with sanitary tri-clamp connections. The time lost with clamp removal cycles and building cycles is imperative, not to mention the effects of Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI) to personnel. The cycle time of these operations can be reduced drastically by the use of our Eazy-Clamp®.  

Due to temperature fluctuations during the sterilisation cycles connections can come loose and start leaking once pressurised. The Eazy-Clamp® can be adjusted in situ after sterilisation to prevent further leaking, eliminating the need to open the system, and therewith keeping the integrity of the sterile system intact.

This is a new feature incorporated in our design that has been on the wish list for a long time!
